WARNING: If you’re thinking of going to Latitude Loft Hair Salon in Anaheim Hills, you will want to know what happened to me. I can only speak about one stylist whose negligence damaged my hair and scalp, and how the 2 owners unprofessionally did not remedy the trauma.
We’re not talking about a small mistake such as cutting off more hair than desired, or a blonde shade too light or too dark. We’re talking about serious, harmful protocols the salon owners continually follow - according to what is posted in reviews they haven’t been able to remove. It seems I am not the only victim of Latitude Loft’s negligent and unprofessional behavior.
